Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. Big Back Apparel Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear.

If there is a problem with your order due to a manufacturing defect, printing error, or an item you received incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Unless the product is defective or we made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original tags (if applicable)

Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Big Back Apparel Co.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, logos, graphics, product designs, photographs, videos, website content, and branding are the exclusive property of Big Back Apparel Co.
